Hot Potato

It’s been a while since I’ve rhapsodized about food in this space, so I’d like to offer a fine example right now. CC felt like cooking tonight and I’m always willing to indulge her wishes in that regard by eating my share. She made some absolutely glorious baked potatoes. Mine is seen below, garnished with cheese, broccoli, sour cream, chives, and some big, fat, juicy black olives. It was the best baked potato I’ve had in a very long time, so I hereby commit its image to the Internet.
