The Rest of the Story

I was quoted in the Monday, Feb. 19th Chicago Sun-Times! The column is called Quick Takes, or simply QT. If you’d like to read it, it’s available on the Sun-Times web site, which you can jump to by CLICKING HERE. You’ll need to scroll down almost to the end of the column. If you don’t want to (or can’t) use that link, I’ll tell you what it was: It was simply me posing the question, “Is it Obamania or Obamamania?” – It’s QT’s kind of question, trust me! But now, The Rest of the Story –

The line didn’t originate with me. I tried to credit the original source, but QT chose to omit that portion of my missive. I very clearly indicated that I was quoting “author Douglas Tonks.” He’s a friend of mine and he really is an author. His work includes the books Teaching AIDS and TV’s Most Wanted, both of which are available at finer book outlets everywhere! I’ve posted a message similar to this one on Doug’s blog, since that’s where I first saw the line I borrowed.

There. Credit where credit is due!
